Welcome the New Year with an open heart, calm mind, nourished body and renewed spirit. This retreat will bring balance, strength and flexibility honoring all you have been and done in 2014, while creating space for the New Year’s possibilities. This is the perfect gift for yourself or someone else! The schedule will consist of:
- Friday, 6:00 – 7:15 pm, guided meditation and gentle movement / restorative yoga
- Saturday, 8:30 – 10:00 am, an uplifting vinyasa (flow) class – move into the New Year with sun salutations that warm your body and circulate healing prana
- Saturday, 1:00 – 2:30 pm, more challenging
- balance poses that help restore focus, and
- backbends that fill you with energy
- Saturday, 4:00 – 5:30 pm, gentle, restorative poses that help you surrender open, deepening relaxation and renewing the nervous system
- Sunday, 9:00 – 11:00 am, asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork) to get connected, refocused and inspired. Leave with your body and mind calm, clear, centered and relaxed.
Your Retreat Includes:
- All yoga retreat classes
- Friday and Saturday nights single-occupancy lodging*
