About the instructor: Marci Reichert

“With almost two decades of experience as a counselor and educator, I support parent figures and educators through training and workshops. When we understood the root of behavior we can develop tools and strategies for effectively supporting young people. Helping young people to understand their brains, be mindful and manage their emotions is the foundation they need for healthy decision making and healthy relationships. While I believe research and best practices should always be central to the work we do, more importantly, I believe in leading with compassion, understanding and a gentle heart. Change doesn’t happen by charging through, but by carefully and thoughtfully walking through, one loving step at a time.”
