A special yoga class to welcome in 2020, and start the year on a positive breath. It is one of our most loved events is only taught once a year: Sankalpa Hatha. This year we will offer it on New Year’s Morning, Jan. 1 at 9:30 am. Sankalpa means an intention formed by the heart and mind; a solemn vow, or positive determination set for yourself. It is not a resolution, but a tool meant to refine the will, and to focus both mind and body so you can move in to the new year with heartfelt intention and focus. A wonderful way to incorporate deep desire with possibility. We will weave the concept of Sankalpa into a traditional Hatha practice that is for all levels, regardless of ability. This class will begin with awareness and breath, transition to sustainable postures and end with savasana. Savasana will be accompanied by the tunes of live crystal bowls. Gifts treats, and party favors included. All are welcome and accommodated, including first time practitioners.

This class will fill up and we recommend signing up in advance online.

Date & Time: Wednesday, Jan. 1st, 2020 @9:30am

Cost: $15/$13 seniors/$10 students and teachers
