Join the tradition! Ring in the New Year with yoga, mindfulness practices, and self-awareness. Let’s celebrate the ongoing opportunity to reawaken and live healthy and happy lives. New Year’s Eve is a time to reflect on which patterns in our life are to be shed and which patterns are to be strengthened. This is a chance to create a new tradition and ring in 2019 with a healthy and mindful practice. And an opportunity to reinforce our own intuitive nature and self-awareness along with humility and understanding through yoga, breath awareness, and meditation. This two-hour class will combine pranayama, all-levels yoga, and cultivate our intentions for evolving in the coming year. We will finish the practice with meditation and chanting OM as the clock strikes 12!

Karen teaches the Intro Series at Phinney Ridge where she provides enough information and self-compassion to motivate students into yoga studios everywhere. She also teaches inspired vinyasa flow and mindful yin classes.
