Kindling Our Inner Light: A New Year’s Eve Qi Gong Practice
Dec 31, 2017 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm| $35.00
Keep your body warm & your heart aglow! At this time of year when the days are short and chilly, we can create an inner warmth by tapping into the fire element of the body.Start the new year by joining with community in a Qi Gong class designed to build energy in your body and brighten your heart.
In Chinese medicine, the fire element is closely connected with the organ of the heart. The class will include movements to release stagnant energy and increase circulation, along with flow sequences to enliven the body, calm the mind, and open the heart. We’ll close the practice and start the new year with a beautiful light visualization.
