We are living in an unprecedented and challenging time. This course is my heart-offering to support and nourish anyone who wants to join us in creating a sacred space, time, and community to hold, connect, and carry us through 2022. All levels of ability and experience are welcome.
I believe that a quiet revolution of self-compassion and heartfelt community can heal, nourish, and grow us. Consider this your once-a-month yoga retreat where you will profoundly pause and soak in the waters of mindful self-compassion, yoga asana (postures), functional breathing, and pranayama to prepare for meditation. Our main text and guide will be the mindfulness work of Dr. Kristen Neff.
This course will be offered as a hybrid so participants can choose whether they wish to join us live in the studio or zoom in from home. Seattle Yoga Arts follows the state of Washington’s COVID guidelines for safety.
