This weekend retreat will nourish you, nurture you and help you cultivate a reverent connection to your body and life. Perched just blocks above the town of Roslyn, WA ‘The Roost’ cabin is a spacious, majestically welcoming historic getaway with a large deck with an expansive view looking west towards the nearby Cascade Mountains. During this retreat, Joanna Dunn will lead a morning meditation, gentle movement classes as well as lead a group life coaching session in the Roost’s yoga studio. Clean soups and meals will be provided, made by personal chef, Sam Switzer whose love and knowledge of nutritional, healthy, organic food is truly exceptional. You will also get to experience a nurturing and healing massage by Kelli Riddle who will help you discover a deeper understanding of the tension you hold in your body. Together, we will create a platform on which you will be able to continue implementing these positive changes, as soon as you return home. All bodies, all hearts, all levels welcome!

A few details:

Massage 60 minute massages will only be available for the 9 people who will be staying at ‘The Roost’ for the weekend. Kelli will contact you via email to schedule your massage ahead of time. If you decide to stay off site, you will be given a 60 minute massage gift certificate to receive your massage at Kelli’s office in Leavenworth at a later date.

Food Saturday meals will be a cleanse based on Rebecca Katz’s Soup Cleanse from her book Clean Soups. For a sample menu for our weekend, please scroll down.
