This weekend retreat will nourish you, nurture you and help you cultivate a reverent connection to your body and life. Perched just blocks above Roslyn, WA, ‘The Roost’ cabin is a spacious and majestically welcoming historic getaway with a large deck and an expansive view looking west toward the nearby Cascade Mountains. Joanna Dunn will lead morning meditation, gentle movement classes, and a group life coaching session in the Roost’s yoga studio during this retreat. Clean soups and meals will be provided by personal chef Sam Switzer, whose love and knowledge of nutritional, healthy, organic food is truly exceptional. You will also experience a nurturing and healing massage by Kelli Riddle, who will help you discover a deeper understanding of the tension you hold in your body. Together, we will create a platform on which you can continue implementing these positive changes as soon as you return home. All bodies, all hearts, and all levels are welcome!
