Tina TemplemanTina’s knowledge of anatomy and physiology, her extensive yoga training (since 1997), and her own lived experience of yoga’s power to heal and transform, helps to make her the powerful and evolving teacher that she is. Her intelligence – both learned and intuited – shows up in every class she teaches. Tina encourages her students to pay close and constant attention to the philosophies, practices, and poses that most resonate with them because she believes such inquiry will help them discover the best teacher of all – themselves. Phoebe AzrealPhoebe started practicing yoga on and off at the young age of 13. She always knew she wanted to be a yoga teacher, but felt she had to have the perfect practice/ perfect yoga body, before she could do so. Over the past few years her practice evolved to be more then an hour of physical activity. Her mat became a place of deep healing and connection. “Moving my body to my breath allows me the freedom to drop my ego and really become one with my authentic self.” This freedom gave Phoebe the courage & motivation to step up and become the teacher she always dreamed of being. Now you can find her practicing, teaching, and expanding her knowledge of yoga and herself. She has taken that knowledge off the mat too and leads humans into becoming there best self in her life changing coaching program Light Up Your Life and magical retreats. Phoebe shines her light bright and everything she does invites you to do the same. When not with clients you can find Phoebe reading tarot, writing, and playing with her cat hudini.

Michel SpruanceMichel Eubank Spruance is a spirited, powerful and compassionate yoga teacher. A member of the 10-person Baptiste Faculty, Michel (MEd. & E-RYT 500) leads programs on behalf of the internationally renowned Baptiste Institute for Yoga. She is passionate about the power of yoga and meditation to change our lives for the better. Coming from a career as a middle and high school teacher, Michel realized that no amount of education was going to make an impact until she learned to live her own life with the kindness, joy and discipline she spoke to her students about. Yoga is the tool that helps her develop these qualities, and she shares this through her teaching. Michel has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2001, and has studied with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rae, Anna Forest and more. She brings her passion for kindness and authenticity to each and every class. Michel’s classes not only transform your body and release stress, but they empower you to live your whole life authentically. Today, Michel also designs and facilitates programs that develop mindful awareness and social emotional capacity for large corporations, individuals and children, including de-Stress at Your Desk and Moving Beyond Fear.
