Liandren created her 7-Day Reset to combat issues that many have come to accept as a normal part of your everyday life: inflammation, bloating, low energy, brain fog, weight gain, exhaustion, and many more. Take responsibility for your well-being and be a part of an inspiring community of other people motivated to make positive changes in their lives! Our first meeting is a kick-off two days prior to the week-long reset to give you time to grocery shop and prepare.

Schedule:

✓ Group Check-ins: Monday-Thursday 7:30-8:30pm, Sunday 7:00-8:00pm

About the instructor: Liandren Brown
What to expect in Liandren’s Classes: As a former collegiate athlete, Liandren has creatively intertwined her passions for business and athletics. As a woman of color and wellness professional she prides herself in having facilitated two Yoga Teacher Trainings with over 85% of the graduates as POC. She hopes to continue advocating for more diversity and inclusion in the wellness industry, so that they too can rise up to their greatest potential. Liandren creates a flow for students that mirrors her own life journey, in finding courage and strength. She will empower you to ignite positive change, both inside and out.
Liandren’s Power Vinyasa class is an artfully sequenced, invigorating flow, to allow your movement to harmonize with your breath. This dynamic, music driven flow weaves in fluid movements to promote strength, stability, mental focus and awareness of your body. Your breath is your tool to become more aware of your body and what it needs in the moment. This class can be modified at any level, offering the chance for all levels, allowing practitioners of all abilities to feel both challenged and supported.
