Tuesdays, 6:00-7:15pm (Pacific), November 24 – December 15

Alignment is important. Optimal alignment reduces stress in the joints, and protects us from hyper-mobility and potential injury. Good alignment can help increase stability, minimizing muscular effort and allowing us to find greater ease and freedom in the practice.

In this 4-week series we will bring renewed awareness and deepening action and understanding to postures that are often practiced, but perhaps taken for granted. This series invites us to bring all of our knowledge and experience AND a beginners mind to the practice, because we always have more to learn and experience.

We’ll explore alignment principles, muscular activation drills, and the creative use of props, all working to cultivate a deeper sense of harmony throughout our practice, and using the skills we cultivate to fine-tune some of our most frequently practiced poses.

Schedule:
Tuesdays 6pm – 7:15pm
November 24th-December 15th

Cost for 4-week series: $95

Class recordings will be available for one week after each class for those who miss a session.

Note: Our series require a minimum of five registered participants, by five days before the start date; if you are considering joining please register early.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds of 90% up to five days prior to the start of series. No refunds allowable after that time.
