This past year has tossed most of us keel; Ayurveda is the healing art and science of living in harmony with nature. Join us for this workshop to find ways to bring balance back into your life.

Ayurveda is an ancient, holistic practice from India that aims to balance each unique human and the universe by studying the Five Elements in nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. These Five Elements form three fundamental energies or forces, called doshas, and govern all psychobiological processes.

In this workshop, Carina will de-mystify Ayurveda and lay the foundation of its core principles to build upon in your life and your practice.

Find balance again through the lens of the Five Elements.

Date & Time: May 7th @6pm – 8:30pm
