[Live Streamed] Blissful Breath & Body: An Online Series with Starr Sanborn
Jun 10, 2020| $99
Re-educate your breathing to support lifelong health & well-being!
Are you interested in learning ways to optimize your immune & respiratory systems?
Curious about functional breathing (“what’s all this talk about the diaphragm?”)?
Would you like to learn how to improve your sleep & manage stress?
This 4-week series will educate you about the Buteyko Breathing Method. The Buteyko Method is a series of breathing exercises and guidelines specifically designed to reduce over-breathing, clinically known as ‘chronic hyperventilation’; something many people experience without knowing it! This modality emphasizes the importance of nasal-breathing rather than mouth-breathing.
Starr will guide you through weekly sessions where you will use the Buteyko method, gentle movement practices, and yogic pranayma breathing excersizes to build healthy habits. Combining these practices will encourage your body’s inherent immunity and give you the tools you need to be an advocate for your wellness. These practices affirm that less really is more!
This series is perfect for those who experience allergies, asthma, sleep pattern disorders, snoring, anxiety, high blood pressure, and stress. The practices you will employ are accessible to all body types & activity levels: no yoga experience needed.
Dates: Jun. 10th, 2020 – Jul. 1st, 2020
Time: From 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
*This series will take place entirely online. The live session will take place on Wednesdays at 11:30am
