Description: A powerful ceremony that weaves together breath-work, shamanic medicine songs, guided meditations, and chakra alignment to create a safe, sacred and profound healing experience. An expanded state of consciousness and deep, inner peace is achieved through an alchemical process of purification and restoration of the physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Participants are asked to register in advance so we can manage the bandwidth logistics. Info and Registration at: https://puravitawellness.com/breath-medicine-ceremony/

Upon registration, you’ll receive the Zoom link and a personalized email with tips for preparation.

We found that online Ceremony is just as powerful as in person, and we treat it as such. We encourage you to stay on for the optional circle sharing at the end.

Cost: The ceremony will be offered at $40 with special coupons for those who are not in a position to pay the full cost. Based on the honor system, you can use either “hand” or “hug” coupon discounts at the top of the registration page- they are respectively 25% and 50% off. If you feel genuinely called to receive this work but need further financial assistance, please reach out directly to either Cosetta or Ivo. We will not turn anyone away for lack of funds.

During this time, more than ever, this is much-needed medicine; our intention is to keep sharing it. We call all our angels and your support for this to keep coming to fruition.

Sending you love, strength and protection.

My lifework is to integrate the Material and the Spiritual. My background in Business encompasses 25 years of executive leadership experience in the Health, Fitness & Wellness space, where I have led companies in bringing innovative sustainable products and technologies to market, while applying Mindful Leadership principles and a triple bottom line approach: People, Planet and Profit.

Over the last 20 years, I have studied meditation under the Shambhala Sacred Path of the Warrior by Chogyam Trungpa Rimpoche and Holistic Yoga under the compassionate guidance of Saul David Raye. I also completed multiple yoga-training intensives with Mark Whitwell, Rod Stryker, Eric Shiffman, Bryan Kest, Tias Little, Sean Corn and Shiva Rea among others.

Ten years of shamanic practice in the plants medicine tradition, including apprenticing under the guidance of Shipibo Maestro Ricardo Amaringo, have added substantial transpersonal healing to my being and a completely new depth to the very down-to-earth integration work I’m called to do in this lifetime. I am also deeply connected to traditional Andean Q’ero teachings and transmissions I’ve received from renowned indigenous curanderos Vilma and Wilson Pinedo from the Valle Sagrado of Peru’.

These wisdom disciplines and training systems have crystalized my conviction that Mind, Body and Heart must go together in achieving real wellness and living from one’s own true center.

I integrate yoga, meditation and shamanic practices into an effective approach to help people in positions of leadership find a space of centeredness within themselves from where they can exercise their powers with clarity, scope, compassion, love, strength and trust. All the while becoming more effective and reducing burnout.

At the tender age of three, dressed like a honeybee, I danced in a beautiful fairy-tale show at a large theater. Since then I wanted to pursue a formal dancing career. Instead, Life became my stage. What a playground!

I am a weaver of wisdom traditions and ferocious in my dedication to seize the present moment. Living life as it comes, opens me up to an ongoing learning and changing.

I have been practicing the healing arts of yoga, meditation, ritual and shamanism for two decades, and have pursued dance, writing and visual art for all my life. Thus, my group events, workshops, retreats and private sessions are a creative blend of these ancient cosmologies.

My first yoga teacher training lasted five years, under the guidance of compassionate and knowledgeable yoga teacher, Lee Atwell, whose teachings have been influenced by her guru, Baba Hari Dass. Thanks to Lee, in the spring of 2007, I met my most inspirational teacher, Shiva Rea. She saw my shakti and I started an ongoing apprenticeship with her Global School Of Living Yoga.

I also completed multiple yoga-training intensives with Sarah Powers, Saul David Raye, Mark Whitwell, Cindy Lee, Shari Friedrichsen, Rod Stryker, Eric Shiffman and Sean Corn.

The Sacred Path of the Warrior in the Shambhala Tradition, as taught by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, has been the core foundation of my meditation practice for many years. Eventually my approach to meditation shifted in deep ways after exploring the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda and meditation from mystic traditions.

I completed a five-year shamanic study with the Sundust Oracle Institute under the masterful guidance of medicine woman, Char Sundust. I have continued learning about intuitive development, oracles, energy clearing, soul retrieval, ancestral work and shamanic journeys with renowned teachers, Sandra Ingerman and Christina Pratt.

In the last 10 years, I have embarked upon a deep healing journey into the ancient path of plants medicine. Currently apprenticing under the guidance of Shipibo master curandero Ricardo Amaringo founder of Nihue Rao healing center. Renowned Andean Indigenous Curanderors Vilma And Wilson Pinedo have initiated me to powerful Q’ero teachings during my several trips to the Valle Sagrada of Peru’.

I have completed a professional training called Compassionate Inquiry, and I am certified to lead CI sessions with others.

This is a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté.

I use authentic presence, compassion, acceptance, curiosity, love, playfulness, instinct, intuitions, breath work, trauma-informed therapy, yoga, meditation, mantras, shamanic journeys, sound healing, writing, singing, poetry and dancing to feel and connect with the body, mind and heart of each student. This alchemy allows me to support the healing, growth and transformation of those who come to me and want to reconnect with their True Self.
