Join Murali Venkatrao in this experiential class, we will discuss the causes of nervousness, and explore simple yogic techniques of concentration: simple physical exercises, breathing practices, visualization, and more, which help us to change the consciousness of nervousness and rise up to meet the challenges of life.​

About the instructor: Murali Venkatrao

Murali VenkatraoMurali is an Ananda Minister, and a Yoga and Meditation teacher. Born in India, he has studied and practiced Yoga for most of his life; Murali is a scientist by training and his research is focused on the effects of Yoga on diabetes and psycho-somatic ailments.​ Murali has carefully distilled the essence of ​the original (and now unpublished) writings of Paramhansa Yogananda ​on the subject of nervousness and concentration.
