There’s a strong correlation between writing and meditation. Writing – whether journaling or creative – is a way to know the self, heal the self, and move the self forward. As a team of writers, we always love teaching the creative writing workshop that’s part of our 200-hour meditation teacher training, and the students love it and find it to be completely transformative, too. So we decided to put together this series of workshops for you, our community!

Writing for the Self is a creative writing workshop series where you can take one class on its own or more than one – even all four! The structure of each class is the same while the writing work will be different and the teacher will be different each time too.

You do not have to consider yourself a writer to take this workshop, in fact, it’s even more powerful if you don’t. This class is for anyone who is curious about writing, hungry to connect more within your own creativity, excited to play, and willing to do something brave.

Bring yourself, something to write with, and something to write on. We’ll take care of the rest.

Price: $45 individual workshop or $150 series of 4 workshops
