Anatomy Study_ Detox Pathways with Dr. Patrick Fox - Ritual House of Yoga

Join Ritual House for a lecture and discussion with ND Patrick Fox, owner of Constellation Nautropathic, on the various pathways of elimination of the body. In the wellness industry, we hear a lot about the words “detox”, “balance”, and “clarity”. But how does your yoga practice actually support your systems of detox, balance, and clarity on a deep physical level? The short answer is: sweat, tears, breath, waste, menstruation.

This workshop is part lecture, and part discussion. Dr. Fox will go over elimination anatomy and the why + how of detox as it relates to yoga practice. Following that, you can ask the Doc questions pertaining to the workshop topic and your yoga practice.

This workshop is a variation of what we offer during our 200hr Integrated Vinyasa Teacher Training program, and is great for anyone who has a semi-regular yoga practice, and would like to have another lens through which to look at movement and the physical benefits of the practice.

Date & Time: May 16th  @1pm-2:30pm

Cost: $25
