We know how you love to work your Core – So here you go!

Commit 20-minutes each day, strengthening your entire center (back & sides, too) as you invigorate your whole body.

This special pre-recorded series includes four practices designed to help you learn about & connect more deeply to the central most movers and stabilizing muscles in your body. Lara will lead you in all kinds of movements and body positions to challenge, strengthen, and awaken this powerful region.

These classes are taught in a progressive manner and are great as a standalone session or also designed as the perfect companion before or after your regular yoga practice.

On Jan. 29th you will receive all 4 pre-recorded sessions via email. You will have 1-month to explore the classes & complete them. Feel free to return to these sessions as many times as you’d like. Lara will be available via email to answer questions & help problem-solve anything you’d like to work on.

Also included in this new series, is a live group zoom call with Lara. The time will be determined by those registered.  Yogabliss will follow up with more information after enrollment.

About the instructor: Lara Ederer

Lara EdererLara is a 500 E-RYT, Yoga Medicine Registered Therapeutics Specialist in the Seattle area. Lara is currently in the YM 1000 hour YTT under her teacher Tiffany Cruickshank and is very active in the local yoga education community. She is the co-founder of Viveka Yoga School and has lead 5, 200 hour YTT programs and is currently co-facilitating a 500 hour one. Lara is an anatomy nerd and can often be found upside down when she isn’t busy with her family.
