November 6-8, 2020 with Melina Meza, Megan Sloan, and Special Guest Marion Lodato

Ritual and routine are incredibly powerful and important especially at times like this to help create a sense of grounding and well-being. Share in an annual 8 Limbs ritual of joining together for our Fall Yoga Retreat, whether you’re returning as a regular attendee or have always wanted to attend but have been unable. In this 3-day virtual yoga retreat, we’ll be recreating some of the wonderful aspects of our time together each fall at Sleeping Lady and you’ll have the opportunity to do it from anywhere.

Through daily asana practices, Melina will help you get in touch with nature’s rhythm and your body as we ease into the fall season. Melina will offer gentle and warming practices, Yin Yoga and a discussion on winter and self-care routines for Covid times. Megan’s morning practices will compliment Melina’s seasonal practices, helping to balance the body through practices designed to energize and ground the energetic system. Her evening practices will help balance the nervous system through Restorative Yoga Practices and Yoga Nidra.

The weekend will also include special guest Marion Lodato, who will be offering a special group tarot reading for the fall and will be available for individual readings as well. You’ll also have the opportunity to go deeper in our retreat experience, receiving menu plans and recipes in advance so that you can create nourishing meals for yourself as part of your retreat experience.

Each practice will be recorded so you can deepen your retreat experience by taking the weekend at your own speed or revisiting the practices at a later date to continue the benefits of retreat.
