This Free workout session is an opportunity to connect with local fitness and wellness professionals, virtually.

We are excited to welcome our very own volunteer stylist, Amy of Breath Body Soul to guide us through this beginners/all level Kundalini Yoga class.

Kundalini Yoga combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra (chants), body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.
