Join us to learn about the 8 Limbs 200-hour, 500-hour and Pre/Postnatal Teacher Trainings at our free info sessions. Note, Info Sessions are not required to apply or enroll in an 8 Limbs Teacher Training; they are for your information! We will give an overview to all trainings attendees are interested in and then open for Q & A. Please review the information for the program you are interested in on our website before attending to get the most from this session.

About the instructor: Anne Phyfe Palmer

Her classes are both strong and reflective, and usually involve a theme or intention in practice. Anne Phyfe has just returned to teaching drop-in classes after a sabbatical. Main Influences/Styles/Traditions: Anne Phyfe currently studies in the Tantric tradition of The Himalayan Institute. Her teachers are Rod Stryker and Shari Friedrichsen. She has also been heavily influenced by the following teachers: Gary Kraftsow, Sarah Powers, Tias Little, Ana Forrest, and her very first yoga teacher, Kathleen Hunt.
