As continued support to our community during these times that challenge the well-being of our body and mind, Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi Centers are offering the following program in January:

– 3 different Live Group Classes
– 1 hour classes
– Tuesday January 12th @ 4pm – 5pm: Tai Chi Class
– Tuesday January 19th @ 4pm – 5pm: Yoga Class – Exercises to Relieve Chest Tension
– Monday January 25th @ 12pm – 1pm: Introduction to Body & Brain
