This Series Will Be Offered Remotely Via Livestream!

This four-week series offers a basic look at meditation including; comfort, concentration, breath and mindfulness techniques. We will address questions and difficulties that arise from our practice and offer simple solutions so that meditation is practical and accessible to everyone. Students will complete the series with a solid foundation in meditation and techniques they can continue to use on their own.

Cost for 4-week Live Stream Series: $95

Class recordings will be available for one week after each class for those who miss a session.

Note: Our series require a minimum of five registered participants, by five days before the start date; if you are considering joining please register early.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds of 90% up to five days prior to start of series. No refunds allowable after that time.
