Are you feeling a little stagnant? Have you been moving your body less than usual? Are you slowly finding yourself becoming more comfortable being, well, a little too comfortable? Join Shari for this 5-day challenge to explore moving your energy through Kundalini yoga. Each 30-minute class will include short, energetic practices to help stimulate your subtle body energy and physical energy. You will come away feeling refreshed and energized.

This is a virtual offering on Zoom! Here’s how this works:
Zoom is a free web-based video conferencing tool and it’s super easy to use. You can join by computer or phone using the Zoom mobile app. We will email you a Zoom link a few hours before class. Click the link in the email to join the β€œmeeting.” You will see the instructor and have the option to show yourself on video or not. If it’s your first-time using Zoom, please join the class a few minutes early to allow time for setting up your free Zoom account.

Casey Hubbell, E-RYT 200, is our co-founder and Director of Yoga and Community Engagement. She is either teaching, taking care of #TeamYW, or setting up classes and series. Casey is passionate about bringing yoga into places that need it most, offering inclusive classes and styles, and encourages students to cultivate their inner wisdom.
