Kundalini Yoga and Meditation online
In the month of May, we are celebrating every woman as Goddess.
Everyone can benefit from Kundalini Yoga. It is an ancient technology that works quickly to give you balance, the ability to remain calm and collected through life’s challenges while feeling more vibrant and alive. You will gain new perspectives and capacities, as well as habits that support a healthy lifestyle. In a Kundalini Yoga class you can expect a melding of yogic tradition with modern science. Classes include a set of exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and chanting, and a generous savasana for full body integration. Suitable for ANY BODY at any level.
