[Live Streamed] AUM | A Mantras and Mudras Workshop with Leah Glanz

Join Leah for an online exploration of the world of sacred sounds (mantra) and hand gestures (mudra). This knowledge will enhance and deepen your current breathwork, meditation, and physical yoga practices. You will learn how implementing these tools into your daily life can help settle the mind, bring increased awareness and connection to the physical body, and brighten your spirit.

About the instructor: Leah Glanz

Leah’s goal in teaching yoga is to evoke presence and connection through a practice rich with alignment based movement, breath, mantra, mudra and philosophy. She encourages her students to remember and feel into their own wholeness, and hopes that each yogi leaves inspired and uplifted.
