Join Joanna Dunn and Kelli Riddle for a four-week meditation support series. This course is specifically for those who have completed Joanna and Kelli’s Intro to Meditation course but is also open to anyone who has had an introduction to meditation or has an existing practice and is looking for on-going support, development and community.

Each week, we will work with a theme to deepen our practice and evolve ourselves.

Week 1: Radical Acceptance with Joanna
A term and practice introduced by Tara Brach and other meditation teachers, we will awaken to and accept what is happening both inside and outside without trying to fix or change anything.

Week 2: Equanimity with Kelli
Learn how to quickly access mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper when faced with a difficult situation by using new tools and techniques such as using a mala while reciting mantras.

Week 3: Compassion with Joanna
Develop a relationship with yourself and others that is based in compassion. When we can feel true compassion for ourselves, we can also do that with others.

Week 4: Pure Consciousness with Kelli
Take your meditation practice even deeper as you learn how to safely shed all of your 5 Koshas (layers of self) to discover who you really are. By the end of this meditation, you’ll get a sense of what pure consciousness means and feels like.

We will close our four-week series on Monday, October 12.

Each weekly Q&A and community support session will reinforce and deepen the theme for the week and give the community an opportunity to connect with others.

All sessions will be conducted via Zoom online.
*All sessions will be recorded and made available within 24 hours.

Cost: $120 per person

You will need a mala (meditation rosary) for this course. If you don’t have one, you can get one yourself or you can purchase an upgrade from Earth Body Intuitive Health Co, Kelli’s business.
