Awareness and connection in the midst of challenge are important resources.
They can help us build resiliency in order to meet life in tumultuous times.

In this series we will explore mindfulness as self-care as a way to cultivate intrapersonal and interpersonal awareness. We will explore and develop:

basic mindfulness techniques
build our capacity for attention
open our awareness to investigate experience

Allow challenge and change to be a doorway into possibility, more care, and greater connection.

This series will be presented remotely via 8 Limbs Livestream

Schedule:

Sundays, 10:30 – 11:30 AM
May 3 – May 31, 2020 (no class 5/24, Memorial Day Weekend)

Cost for 4-week series: $95

Note: Our series require a minimum of five registered participants, by five days before the start date; if you are considering joining please register early.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds of 90% up to five days prior to start of series. No refunds allowable after that time.

What to expect: Misha’s classes include a steady flow of dynamic movement with time to pause, feel and listen. No two classes will be identical in sequence, and all will be infused with creative and clear offerings to brighten and enhance your inner alignment; inclusive of body, mind and heart. Expect to turn inward and experience your own essence and anatomy, breath by breath.
