Honoring the moon cycle gives us the opportunity to connect to ourselves, nature and one another. The New Moon is a new beginning, giving us a time to declare our intentions moving forward. It is also a time to remember and respect the importance of rest. As we gather in our virtual circle together, we will create an intentional space for connection, self reflection and restoration.

During our gathering, there will be a discussion on the significance of the New Moon, guided meditation and time held for journaling and sharing.

Suggested items: mat, blanket, pillow, journal, pen. Do what you are able to create a space that is comfortable and special, intentionally distinguishing it from a typical video conference. This might be lighting a candle, gathering a few special items for a mini altar, or burning incense.

The challenges of this year have brought forward the importance of both community and self care. Together we will create a circle that honors and nourishes both.

Date & Time: Friday, Mar. 12th, 2021 @7pm – 8:30pm

Cost: $22

About the instructor: Tera Bucasas

Tera-Bucasas-yoga

Tera is endlessly curious and loves to constantly be learning. She is fascinated and inspired by the interconnection between all things. She believes yoga allows us time to connect to ourselves and others in a sacred way. An opportunity to not only take care of our physical, mental and emotional selves but a time to connect to our shared humanity. She believes in the power of exploring yoga in and out of postures. What she loves about teaching is the opportunity to connect to people, in person, to create a space that is safe to show up, be real and continually grow together. She is passionate about facilitating small group workshops and leading womxn’s circles. Find out where and when you can gather with Tera next  on her website or take a peak at her IG (although she’d rather just meet you in person!)
