Curious about pranayama or yogic breath? Want to connect a little more deeply with your breath, feel calm, and centered? There’s no better time to go inwards than right now, in the middle of this global pandemic. Join us and we’ll take you through a dynamic, fun, and informative pranayama class with Arundhati. You’ll also get a recording of class so you can practice it later on your own.

Other Important Logistics:
-Pre-registration is required. Class will be conducted via Zoom.
-Only 25 spots available.
-Participants should keep their videos on during class. This will allow Arundhati to see you practice & provide personalized feedback, virtual adjustments, and answer questions.
-You’ll need a yoga mat, a blanket or full size towel, a cushion to sit on and wall space.
-Avoid eating a heavy breakfast before class. Coffee or Tea is okay.
-Class is suitable for anyone above the age of 15.
-One pass per participant
-You will get the log in details for class via email the night before class begins.
-Passes are non-refundable and non- transferable

Arundhati is Aham Yoga’s lead teacher trainer. With over a decade of teaching experience, she’s known to make classical yoga – accessible, relevant and fun for modern-day yoga practitioners. She’s a full-time yoga teacher, studio owner, Bollywood dance choreographer, and yoga blogger. She conducts small-group yoga teacher trainings and is known for giving every trainee personalized attention and long term support after graduation to become a successful yoga teacher
