There’s no better time to go inwards than right now, in the middle of this global pandemic. Join us and we’ll take you through a dynamic, fun, and informative pranayama class with Arundhati. You’ll also get a recording of class so you can practice it later on your own.

Other Important Logistics:
-Pre-registration is required. Class will be conducted via Zoom.
-Only 25 spots available.
-Participants should keep their videos on during class. This will allow Arundhati to see you practice & provide personalized feedback, virtual adjustments, and answer questions.
-You’ll need a yoga mat, a blanket or full size towel, a cushion to sit on and wall space.
-Avoid eating a heavy breakfast before class. Coffee or Tea is okay.
-Class is suitable for anyone above the age of 15.
-One pass per participant
-You will get the log in details for class via email the night before class begins.
-Passes are non-refundable and non- transferable
