Change Your Life One Week at a Time
Autumn 2020: September 2-December 1, 2020

Interested in learning more about natural health and wellness, self-care, yoga, and Ayurveda? Join Melina Meza, senior 8 Limbs Yoga teacher and wellness expert, for the Autumn Seasonal Health and Wellness – Change Your Life One Week At A Time Program.

Together we’ll explore practices that span a range of focuses—some are dietary, some meditative, some yoga- or exercise-based, and others geared to sleep or self-care. This program will inspire you and try new weekly practices that you can do at home while sheltering in.  Melina will teach you more about nutrition for the seasons, Ayurveda for modern times, and offer yoga tools for stress management and grounding.

How this 13 week program works:

  1. Participants will receive a schedule of what to do each week (September–December 1, 2020) and additional handouts to help you keep track of your progress.
  2. We will meet as a group on Zoom eight times over the course of 13 weeks to check in, learn more about the weekly practice, and connect to others as a way to stay motivated. Sessions will be recorded in case you can’t attend the meetings (times listed below).
  3. Over the course of 13 weeks, you can email Melina between sessions if you have questions about the suggested practice or need a little extra support to get through your weekly practice.

About the instructor: Melina Meza

Melina MezaMelina has been exploring the art and science of yoga and nutrition for over 20 years. She combines her knowledge of Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, whole foods nutrition, and healthy lifestyle promotion into a unique style called Seasonal Vinyasa. Melina’s Seasonal Vinyasa Yoga classes emphasize the teachings of the yogis—that there is no separation between humans and nature, and we are all one. In addition to asana practice, her classes include insights on physical health and nutrition as well as how to inspire self-knowledge that allows for the conscious adjustment of day-to-day choices.
