About the instructor: Nicole Tsong
Nicole Tsong is a yoga teacher, work/life balance coach, and author of 3 books, including the bestselling book, 24 Ways to Move More. For six years, she wrote the popular Fit for Life column in The Seattle Times, published in Pacific NW Magazine. She has taught yoga for more than a decade at Be Luminous and other Seattle studios, including teaching kids’ yoga for 3 years at the White House Easter Egg Roll. Through movement, self-trust and community, Nicole guides high-achieving women of color find their calling to create a more equitable world.
