We’re moving through uncharted territory globally and also personally. How do we keep positive, stay well-intentioned and move forward in our own evolution along with the changing world around us? This series led by Karen Gamble was created to help you stay connected to your soul’s purpose and to create community during the Covid evenings. Each week we will explore different avenues to reach into our own personal potential and collectively build a framework for change and growth. Each session will start with meditation and then dig into a topic (given a week in advance), each participant is encouraged to ‘share’ during the discussion. This ‘soul’ support group is meant as an avenue to look within and also to move outward into a supportive community during this Global crisis.

Community agreements/Outline/guided meditation
