This program was created by Tina Templeman and Kathleen Eder, and is offered in collaboration with Be Luminous Yoga.

Registration is offered through Tina’s website at www.tinatempleman.com.

It takes 21 days to release ourselves from habits and patterns that keep us from becoming our optimized selves. And that includes habits and patterns of mind that influence our vices, self-doubt, and forging pathways forward. When we become aware of the obstacles of mind that keep us from stepping into our full potential, we have the opportunity to shift, from the inside out. In this 21-day exploration, we will do just that.

As we step in with gusto, you will be fully supported. There will be weekly online meet-ups after specially-designed live classes. You will also receive one weekly dedicated recorded class with the theme of the week, as well as access to a dedicated community on Facebook. In this group you’ll build community, connect with each other, and explore the themes of the week.

In this time of seeming disconnection with others and ourselves, let’s connect with like-minded practitioners to build our toolkit, step off the cycles of self-doubt, and release ourselves from the editors that might be lingering.

Program Structure:
Week One: Watch, Observe, and Write
Week Two: Catch It, Flip It, Feel It
Week Three: Live It!

Who is this program for?

This program is for any of us who are becoming aware of the underlying current that pulls us away from ourselves. Some feel like this current is an editor, an insecurity, a prominence of self pity or doubt… all that stuff that can hijack our life.

If you find yourself over-interneted (Netflix, Facebook…), over-deviced, or just cursing yourself when you drop your smoothie and are ready to be free of these patterned ties that bind, this immersion is for you. If you are having the same repeated issue at work with the same co-worker, the tools you will gain in this program will lift you out of returning to the same outcome. You’ll connect you to yourself to a point at which you will have control to step left and shift the outcome.

We will train ourselves to observe, feel, and catch that feeling of entrapment in the first week, using the salve of the breath to witness ourselves. The second week we’ll work with breath and movement to step into a new cellular feedback loop, and by the third week we’ll release and break the ties that bind.

Your 3-week Journey Includes:
Thursday evening live group class (online)
90-minute workshop
3 pre-recorded yoga classes, one for each week of our journey that you can stream every day to support your path
Inclusion in dedicated Facebook group to build community

Kathleen EderA running injury motivated me to sign up for my first yoga class in hopes of repairing my body and finding a way to get my heart pumping. Nine years later, my practice has brought me strength, flexibility, and so much more. Through yoga I’ve learned to turn down the volume on my inner critic, to give up trying to control everything, and allow more connection in my life.

I signed up for teacher training in 2017 thinking it would make me a better leader at work and reinvigorate my yoga practice. I was happily surprised to find I love teaching and sharing my passion for the practice. I have continued my training with Baptiste Level 1, Level 2, and Art of Assisting. My teaching style is energetic and playful with plenty of space for you to explore and choose your intensity level.

When I’m not practicing yoga in my San Francisco home, you’ll find me out riding bikes, baking sourdough, or planning my next camping trip.
