A fun and vigorous yoga class Thanksgiving morning has been a Center For Yoga of Seattle tradition for many years.

The class is a chance for all to practice together from anywhere Via Zoom.

The Class is also a Fundraiser for The Center to help keep the Center Open During & After the Pandemic.

Build up a hearty appetite with a strong yoga practice from many categories including standing poses, inversions, back arches, twists and forward extensions.
