One hour of presentation by Elena Soles, PT, DPT, CAFS Followed by one hour of Q&A

Our lives look quite a bit different than they did a few months ago! Many of us find ourselves working from home, as well as spending more time sitting without the normal active pulls of our regular schedules. Join Elena Soles, a Physical Therapist and fellow Spira community member, to learn about ways to prevent sedentary aches and injuries, and improve your efficiency and comfort in this new frontier. She will give an overview of work station ideas, without the need to invest in expensive equipment, and offer suggestions to avoid patterns from emerging that are secondary to increased sitting, life in front of a computer, and increased stress.

We will spend the first hour of this workshop on content, followed by an hour of Q&A if your schedule allows you to extend your participation for individualized strategies.

This is an online course via zoom-conference; this format allows for interactions, laughter, and human connection as well as screen-sharing of material.

Once you register, you will be emailed a receipt.

We will send you the zoom conference link 20 minutes before the start of the workshop, so do make sure to have a good, and valid email on file.
