We will use the last 5 days on the Year to Strengthen our practice of Iyengar Yoga with 5 hours of daily Yoga Asana and Pranayama instruction with Center For Yoga of Seattle Director Richard Schachtel!

The Title of the Program is Exploring The Path of Practice.

The last week of the year for many people is a dead time in their calendar. They may not be working, and may not think it is wise to travel. So nothing much gets done.

This 5-Day Time Period presents us with an excellent Time to Rejuvenate our Yoga Practice: To become Stronger, to get More Committed to This Path of Practice and Exploration.

The 3-hour morning sessions allow Richard to teach a variety of practices that give you the keys to going further with this powerful practice.

Classes will include precision and detailed work on Standing Poses, Back Arches, Forward Extensions, Rotational Poses, and Inversions.

The Afternoon Sessions will focus on a 5 Day Course on Pranayama and will include, inversions, hip openers, and restoratives as well.
