Join Carrie for this unique opportunity as she guides you through a few gentle yoga postures to release tension and settle the energies of the body followed by a detailed meditation (30-40 minutes) that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation as you rest in Savasana.

No yoga experience necessary, this event is suitable for beginners and experienced yoga students.

Your investment for RESET is  $20 to join via livestream in the comfort of your own home. All clients will receive an email confirmatin upon booking that includes the Zoom link (email permissions must be allowed on your client profile). Additionally, 1 hour before class, an email reminder plus link will be sent.

About the instructor: Carrie Johnson

Carrie Johnson BioCarrie is the owner of Aya Yoga Oasis, a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT200 and YACEP), and an adventurous world explorer. Carrie enjoys exploring new cultures and new places, while keeping an open mind to new possibilities.

Carrie is also very passionate about sharing yoga with her students in a way that allows them to cultivate the art of listening to their body. Every class she teaches allows time for each student to experiment and to learn something new about themselves.
