In this all-levels New Year’s Day morning workshop we will wring out the old—> using pranayama (breath), asana (movement) and meditation/nidra. We will examine and celebrate the (perhaps unexpected) gifts we have received from the passing year. We will bless and release what no longer serves us and clear the way for a new and better tomorrow. If hindsight is 2020, what lessons have you learned from the challenges of the past year? How can you use what you’ve learned to help you move forward with more skill and compassion for self and others? What will you choose to leave behind? What is your dharma/path/dream for the future and what actions can you take to support this vision?

You can expect accessible asana at a slow and steady pace with ample time for reflection and lots of options. Please have a journal and a pen handy.

Date & Time: Friday, January 1st @9:30-11:30am

Cost: $25-$65
Registration will open by November 25, 2020

Cancellation Policy: Refunds of 90% up to five days prior to workshop. No refunds allowable after that time.

About the instructor: Tracy Hodgeman

Tracy Hodgeman Yoga Teacher SeattleTracy began teaching yoga in 1995. Her earliest influences are Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga, however she grows less and less interested in linear, yang and often rigid styles of asana and is evolving toward more gentle and subtle modalities of breath and movement that help to increase overall positive body awareness, deep core stability and vibrant well being. She holds teaching certificates from Ashtanga Yoga School, Yoga Tune Up® and 8 Limbs Yoga Centers (200 and 500 hour), and is also on the 8 Limbs Summer Teacher Training Staff.
