Join Acharya Lama Tenpa for Sunday Open Meditation

Acharya Lama Tenpa Gyaltsen will begin this Sunday series with basic meditation instruction for the first few sessions and then focus on the Eight Verses of Mind Training by Geshe Langri Tangpa. This teaching is particularly useful when we encounter negative people. The verses teach us how to free ourselves from the demon of self-cherishing and give rise to bodhichitta. They teach us how to remain calm so that we are better able to help others.

Schedule: Sundays, March 28th, April 4th & 11th @10:30am – 12Noon
