Outdoor AcroFit Class in Gas Works Park

AcroFit is a fusion of partner yoga, acrobatics and fitness. Geared toward yogis who want to expand their yoga practice off the mat and into the air with a little help from friends.

We focus on strength-building, flexibility and learning to both support others and be supported simultaneously.

This is an all-levels class that is beginner-friendly. No experience or partner necessary. Just bring a mat & a water bottle and be ready to move!

We will be at the Southernmost tip of the park,    just East of Kite Hill.

Please come with at least 10 minutes to spare before class to get the paperwork out of the way before we play, or visit our website to take care of it now.
