Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Children able to focus and be mindful are welcome.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Street parking is available. Location is on the bus route.

What can I bring into the event?
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Bring a blanket if you prefer.

Kat’s yoga style combines 20 years of experience in Kripalu Yoga, Tai Chi and Hakomi mindfulness. A biologist trained in herbalism, she is passionate about deepening our relationship to place through plant identification and sacred ecology.
