A combination of play-yoga and asana (classical yoga postures), this is a perfect class for parents and toddler-through-preschool aged children to enjoy together!

**This class typically offers an additional arts and craft activity after the yoga, based on the group’s needs, and generally for progressively shorter time periods as activities build and the children develop attention for the yoga over the course of the session. Projects are seasonal and related to basic yoga poses and philosophy (joy, compassion, mindfulness).**
