Adding another person to your practice changes the whole experience. When your body is given gentle and intentional physical contact it has an incredibly soothing effect on your nervous system. (This is why we love massages so much.) Partner yoga is not acro yoga. Partner yoga is about using your partner to help you go deeper into the stretch and pose. Usually having a partner can take you further in your physical practice then when you practice solo. Partner yoga is much more of a restorative experience then acrobatic, which is why you don’t need any prior yoga experience to participate. This workshop could be a great way for you to celebrate Valentine’s Day by partnering up with a loved one, friend or family member. Or you can always come alone and we’ll partner you up with someone else.

Karina has been offering partner yoga workshops in Seattle for the past 3 years, she creates a sweet environment for students to mess up, laugh, and connect deeply through breath.
