When we do yoga with another person it enables a connection between two bodies and fosters trust.
Connecting with and helping support your partners body while practicing yoga enhances the physical emotional and spiritual connection of both yogis. Partner yoga helps yogis break down the barriers that can keep us separate and help create closeness while deepening postures.
Whether you’re practicing with a friend, a lover or a classmate, partner yoga is a pathway to a more successful and fulfilling relationships. Enjoy the feeling of being held in trust through partner yoga!
Bringing a partner is suggested, but not required. We will pair you up if needed!

About the instructor: Grace K
My love for yoga started in my early 20’s. Since then yoga has been the one thing that helps me stay balanced, healthy and flexible. I believe that y-o-g-a is truly about You, being Open, Grateful and Aware. I like to guide people who say they are not flexible and can’t bend. Yoga is a journey not a destination. The practice of yoga creates an environment of no competition, no judgement and no expectations especially with yourself.
It has been said that sitting is the new smoking and I want to motivate as many people as I can to start moving on a journey to better health – Namaste.
I teach a more traditional hatha style class with some variations and my power vinyasa class is more grounded and smooth.
