Retreat Theme:
This year’s retreat will focus on allowing your essential nature to emerge and shine. Many of us have gotten used to staying small. We will invite you to be more of who you came here to be. Including playshops, mindfulness meditations, walking meditations, breath exercises and body friendly meditative yoga that invites your essence to emerge easily and naturally.

What else will we do
Besides twice-daily yoga, we will do some hiking in beautiful, bug-free mountains and forests. We will do some breath and meditation playshops, as well as kirtan (call and response chant-song) to help us connect on all levels.
Kirtan:
Kirtan (call and response singing or chanting) is an easy way to calm the mind and access higher energy vibrations. From Peggy Black (channeling The Team): There have been many suggestions and methods offered as to how to access the higher dimensions. We will always recommend the use of sound vibrations. Sounds and sound vibration always alters consciousness. Breath and breathing techniques will allow you to travel consciously, just as meditation and many forms of yoga will support your shift.
Accommodations:
Peaceful Mountain is a beautiful accommodation near Mt. Baker with everything we need: yoga space with hardwood floors, meditation spaces, exercise room, hot tub, sauna, full kitchen from which we will serve two to three organic meals daily, and access to nature and hiking trails. Rod is a wonderful owner and host, who may play his didgeridoo for us if we are lucky!
Who attends:
You! We usually have about 15-20 people, a chance to make new friends and connect, but also quiet time to read, relax, and rejuvenate. You are invited to do as many or as little as the classes and activities as fits you and your needs.
