About the instructors: Liz Castillo & Phoebe Azreal

Liz Castillo

Liz has been teaching yoga since 2013 when she graduated from the Teacher Empowerment Program at BIG Power Yoga in Houston, TX. With strong roots in Baptiste Power Yoga, she has trained in a variety of styles, including Yin Yoga, Devotional Flow with Sarah Montross, and Restorative Yoga. No matter the class style, she brings focus to the present moment, to body awareness, and self-love. Liz deeply believes that the more people we have doing yoga, the better the world will be.

When she’s not teaching a yoga class, you can find her working behind the scenes at Be Luminous as the Studio Director. Once the day’s work is done she loves spending time in the sun, singing, dancing, crafting, and eating pizza.

Phoebe Azreal

Phoebe started practicing yoga on and off at the young age of 13. She always knew she wanted to be a yoga teacher, but felt she had to have the perfect practice/ perfect yoga body, before she could do so. Over the past few years her practice evolved to be more then an hour of physical activity. Her mat became a place of deep healing and connection. “Moving my body to my breath allows me the freedom to drop my ego and really become one with my authentic self.” This freedom gave Phoebe the courage & motivation to step up and become the teacher she always dreamed of being. Now you can find her practicing, teaching, and expanding her knowledge of yoga and herself. She has taken that knowledge off the mat too and leads humans into becoming there best self in her life changing coaching program Light Up Your Life and magical retreats. Phoebe shines her light bright and everything she does invites you to do the same. When not with clients you can find Phoebe reading tarot, writing, and playing with her cat hudini.
