Rocket 3, is a dynamic and stimulating 90 minute class that includes all the poses from both of the Rocket base sequences. A combination of hip openers, backbends, and plenty of opportunities to play with arm balances and inversions; creating a unique experience to explore and celebrate for any yogi!
Given the nature of the sequencing – all levels of practitioners are able to participate in this offering, there will be many places to customize your practice and perhaps a few new postures and transitions for the curious practitioner!
