Start Off Your Morning Feeling Powerful + Zen.

Starting strong with a Power Vinyasa Yoga class with strengthening postures + more challenging flows, this 60 minutes class will challenge your body to find balance between flexibility + strength. Each class will end with Restorative Yoga postures + thoughtful prompts to help you melt away the stress of the holidays, take time to be still, as well as gather + center your thoughts. We will meet each morning at Fremont Health Club in Fremont, Seattle. If you know you’re gonna be hella busy, you can book individual days rather than the whole shebang. But if you love a good deal like I do, you can buy the package and save some green.

I’ve been teaching yoga for four years, core + hiit classes for two years, and barre for one. (I’ve taught cycle as well – it’s totally my favorite class to teach but I have to give up teaching it because of my asthma).

I teach a lot of formats because I love teaching. I love working with people, meeting them where they are at, working together towards a more aligned + intentional practice + form, and encouraging each other towards kicking ass + taking names.

All of my classes are written to create the best sense of flow and rhythm, from the music to the sequences. Everybody is unique, so I provide layers to each exercise for however you’re feeling that day. Each student is encouraged to honor who they are, and to carry that sense of self with them.
