Aham Yoga - pranayama teacher training

Looking to take your yoga teaching to the next level? Want to offer unique and, authentic yoga classes beyond just asana? Do you want to connect deeper to your own yoga journey? If yes, our pranayama yoga teacher training is perfect for you. Develop a deep, thorough and dynamic understanding of pranayama (the yogic art of breathing), how to adapt and teach it in modern-day yoga classes.

Arundhati has been teaching pranayama for over 6 years and always gets requests for more pranayama classes. Unable to keep up, this training was born to empower more yoga teachers to help their students connect to the breath and to a deeper, more meaningful yoga practice. The best part is she’s made the training relevant to modern-day yoga classes, fun and easy to adapt, teach and practice.
